St. Claret's four-year Senior 1–4 programme offers a broad, rigorous curriculum aligned to the Uganda National Curriculum. Students study a balanced combination of sciences, humanities, languages, and religious education — building the strong foundation needed for the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and for life.

Digital Skills for a Modern World
St. Claret Secondary School houses a fully equipped ICT computer laboratory where students receive formal instruction in Computer Studies as part of the Uganda National Curriculum. Every student from S1 to S4 gains hands-on experience with computers, internet research, and practical digital skills — preparing them confidently for the digital age.

St. Claret Secondary School is founded and run by the Claretian Missionaries (CMF) — a Catholic religious congregation dedicated to education as a means of proclaiming the Gospel. Faith is not a subject here; it is a way of life. Students gather for Morning Prayer, attend the Holy Eucharist, and are formed in virtue, service, and integrity throughout their years at the school.
